Your organization name is the name registered and used in your unique URL e.g. yourorg.salesseek.net.
For example, if your company is called Green Leaf, your organization URL is likely going to be greenleaf.salesseek.net
You can find this in your registration Welcome Email or alternatively you can use the on-page chat to send us a message – one of the team will be in touch shortly to send you a reminder.
This will usually be your work email address that was used during registration.
You can always search your inbox for any email from SalesSeek – that way you will know which email is correct.

If you know your organization name you are able to access your company’s unique URL e.g https://yourorg.salesseek.net – from here you can reset your password using the link below the login form.

You can add new team members to your account, giving them access to your companies deals and dashboards by clicking on the ‘Create User’ button under
‘User’ > ‘User Management’ in your App Settings.
Adding a new user is free during your trial period but will incur an additional user monthly fee, per extra user.
